Hi, I’m Alana

I have always been fascinated by the subtle, yet relentless ways our minds shape and colour every aspect of our lives. My love of psychology started with sport, moved into lived experience, and landed with the many people who have found their way into my therapy room since.

One thing I have seen, time and time again, is how deeply freeing and satisfying it can be to finally understand one's mind at the deepest levels, and to master the skill of relating to it.

There is nothing I love more than seeing that initial, tiny spark of self-compassion and drive for personal power -which often brings people into therapy in the first place- start to grow and evoke lasting, meaningful change.

My work is grounded in evidence-based psychology and years of clinical experience, and these are complemented by a lifelong interest in metaphysics, spirituality, and human potential.

My Approach

I truly believe the most valuable thing I can offer anyone is a strong therapeutic relationship that feels safe, validating, and empowering towards real change.

I take an eclectic, integrative and collaborative approach to sessions,
and will quickly show you there is no hierarchy in the therapy room, everyone is human, and we are not allergic to humour.
