Information for Referrers

Mental Health Treatment Plans

  • Allows for up to 10 psychology sessions in a calendar year

  • Review letters are provided after the initial, 6th and 10th sessions

  • Patients receive targeted treatment via focused psychological strategies

  • Plan can be provided by a GP or Psychiatrist

Eating Disorder Treatment Plans

  • Allows for up to 40 psychology sessions in a calendar year

  • Review letters are provided after every 10th session

  • A Psychiatrist review is needed to access the final 20 sessions

  • Plan can be provided by a GP or Psychiatrist

How to Refer

  • Create a treatment plan

  • Include client details, type of plan, and number of sessions on the referral letter
