Information for Referrers

Mental Health Treatment Plans

  • Allows for up to 10 psychology
    sessions in a calendar year

  • Review letters are provided after
    the initial, 6th and 10th sessions

  • Patients receive targeted treatment
    via focused psychological strategies

  • Plan can be provided by a GP
    or Psychiatrist

Eating Disorder Treatment Plans

  • Allows for up to 40 psychology
    sessions in a calendar year

  • Review letters are provided after
    the initial session and every 10
    sessions after that

  • Patients receive targeted eating
    disorder treatment from an
    ANZAED eating disorder
    credentialed clinician

  • Plan can be provided by a GP
    or Psychiatrist

  • A psychiatric review is required
    after 20 sessions

How to Refer

  • Create a treatment plan

  • Write a referral letter including
    client details, plan type,
    and number of sessions

  • Send both to:
